Do you offer emergency plumbing services after hours?

Absolutely.
If water is gushing where it shouldn’t be or you’ve got a late-night plumbing emergency, call us anytime. Our team is local and on-call for urgent situations - no giant call centers, no endless hold music. Just real help when you need it.

How much does it cost to come out?

It depends - but we’ll always tell you upfront.
We don’t do surprise invoices. We offer free estimates - if you use Moody Plumbing to do the work. If we come out to give an estimate but you decide not to proceed with the work, we charge a service call fee to cover our technicians' time and expense.
We believe in giving transparent pricing before we get started. If it’s something more complex, we’ll walk you through the costs step-by-step before any work begins.

Can I get a quote before you come out?

Yep.
We’re happy to give you a ballpark estimate over the phone for most jobs. And if we need to take a closer look, we’ll come out, assess the situation, and give you a no-pressure quote before any work begins.

How long will my plumbing repair take?

Depends on the problem - but we’ll always be straight with you.
Some fixes take 30 minutes. Others might take a few hours. Either way, we’ll give you a realistic time estimate upfront and keep you updated if anything changes.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes - with one simple condition:

We charge a standard service fee to come out and assess your plumbing issue. If you decide to hire us to complete the work, we credit you back 100% of that service fee - which means not only is your estimate completely free, but you actually come out ahead.

If you decide not to move forward, the service fee simply covers our technician’s time and travel.

This policy helps us stay responsive and fair while still providing the honest, high-quality service we’re known for.

Are your experts licensed and insured?

Yes - fully licensed, bonded, background-checked, drug-tested, and insured.
When you hire Moody Plumbing, you’re getting qualified professionals who know what they’re doing and have the paperwork to back it up. You’re in good (clean) hands.

Do you handle both residential and commercial plumbing?

We sure do.
From homes to restaurants to storefronts - if it has pipes, we’ve probably fixed it. Whether you’ve got a dripping faucet or a commercial sewer line issue, we’ve got the tools (and the know-how) to handle it.

What types of payment do you accept?

We keep it flexible.
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. If you need a payment plan for larger jobs, just ask - we’re happy to work with you.

How soon can you get here?

Usually faster than you’d expect.
We do our best to offer same-day service whenever possible - especially if it’s urgent. Just give us a call, and we’ll let you know exactly when we can be there. No waiting around all day wondering.
